Our home buying experience with Sebi has been nothing short of exemplary. As a first-time buyer, understanding everything that goes into buying a house was a little overwhelming to begin with especially in a competitive market like Austin. However Sebi, was extremely patient in explaining every little detail. He also connected us with the right people every step of the way. Moreover, he never pressurized us to make a decision and obligingly showed us innumerable houses before we found the perfect one for us! When we did find it, he was extremely proactive in doing all the paperwork to produce an offer quickly. The seller had 3 similar offers the same day, However, she decided to go with ours, since ours was the first offer! Even after the offer was accepted, he coordinated everything with the seller, house inspector and the mortgage agent and helped us close without any issues.
